The task of counting millions of ballot papers for Afghanistan's landmark Wolesi Jirga and Provincial Council elections began on Septermber 20th. Ballot papers will be counted at thirty four provincial Count Centers in thirty two provincial centers. Kabul, September 23th, 2005.
